In a world where gender stereotypes and biases still persist, Riverleigh School is on the of promoting gender equality and empowering young girls to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). At Riverleigh, girls are encouraged to explore their interests in STEM, challenge themselves academically, and break through the barriers that have historically held women in these fields.

Riverleigh School's commitment to supporting girls in STEM is evident in its curriculum,acurricular activities, and school culture. The school offers a variety of STEM-related courses, from computer programming to robotics, and encourages girls to take advantage of these opportunities. The school also hosts a Girls in STEM club, where students can come together to work on projects, hear from guest speakers, and participate in competitions.
